Online Training is online based training. The trainer is not physically present during your workouts. Workouts are designed and customized to focus on the clients target areas and goals. The workouts provided can be completed at the clients convenience. The client is therefore held accountable to complete each workout and track their progress. On the 4 week and 8 week online training program the trainer will check in with the client biweekly for updates regarding weight loss/gain, measurements, and workout improvements. A meal guide is sent to the client to aid in a healthy eating regime. Simply by staying consistent with the online training program and implementing a healthy eating regime, the client will see RESULTS!
Focus Area Online Training are online based workouts that target a particular area. Glutes and Core are women main 2 areas of concern so there is a online option focused solely on those 2 areas. A series of Glute And Core workouts will be sent over a specific time frame. There is also a Core only option that will provide a series of core workouts only. The focus area online training is perfect for quick workouts or as an addition to any workout. The client is accountable to complete each workout to achieve the desired RESULTS!
