Online Training is online based training. The trainer is not physically present during your workouts. Workouts are designed and customized to focus on the clients target areas and goals. The workouts provided can be completed at the clients convenience. The client is therefore held accountable to complete each workout and track their progress. On the 4 week and 8 week online training program the trainer will check in with the client biweekly for updates regarding weight loss/gain, measurements, and workout improvements. A meal guide is sent to the client to aid in a healthy eating regime. Simply by staying consistent with the online training program and implementing a healthy eating regime, the client will see RESULTS!
